Operating System

Windows Server 2012 or greater

The 64 bit versions of Windows are supported.

Application Server Software

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or greater

Microsoft Internet Information Server 8 or greater

ConnectShip® Toolkit 6.5 or above.

IIS Management Scripts and Tools feature/roles must be enabled for IIS 8.0 and greater

The Sox WCF windows service uses ConnectShip® TransAPI Remote which requires ConnectShip® AMP. ConnectShip® AMP must configured with the admin endpoint.

Database Server Software

SQL Server 2016 R2 or greater

Express versions are acceptable for non-production installations only

SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRSS) is optional

SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) is required to use client reporting functionality.

Application Server Hardware

Moderate Volume and Concurrent Users:

• Multi-core Processor (4 - 8 cores)
• 8 - 16 GB RAM
• 512 GB Disk

High Volume or Large Number of Concurrent Users:

• Multi-core Processor (8 - 16 cores)
• 16 - 32 GB RAM
• 512 GB Disk

Two load balanced application servers meeting these specifications are recommended.

• Multi-core Processor (8 - 16 cores)
• 8 to 16 GB RAM
• 512 GB OS Disk
• 1024 GB Data Disk

High Volume or Large Number of Concurrent Users:

• Multi-core Processor (16 - 32 cores)
• 16 - 32 GB RAM
• 512 GB OS Disk
• 1024 GB Data Disk

A SQL Server cluster is recommended.

Other software

ConnectShip™ Toolkit 6.5 or later is required.
